As long-time managers, operating in the tech field and recruiting hundreds of people through our careers, we were always both surprised and disappointed when a new hire had to be fired or decided to leave the company shortly after joining it. We knew there is a better way to predict the success of a hiring process, by utilizing Data and AI and providing the right insights and recommendations to the hiring teams and managers.

As work is one of the most important factors in everybody's life. finding and joining the right workplace is critical for one's happiness. Failing to do so has a negative impact on too many people, this is where we understood how vital and big our challenge is.
